At Wendorff Eye Care we provide a wide range of eye care services and are ready to serve patients with the most thorough eye health examination possible. To help detect vision threatening illnesses we use the most technologically advanced equipment to evaluate and treat numerous eye diseases.
What to Expect
Upon your arrival, our receptionists will welcome you as a member of our practice. If you haven’t
already done so online, we will ask that you complete patient paperwork. This paperwork provides us
with your health history and other information related to providing you with the best vision solutions.
If you have scheduled your appointment, you should be receiving a text message and email with a link to
fill out the appropriate paperwork for your appointment. If you are unable to fill out the paperwork before your appointment we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the paperwork in office.
Please be sure to bring ALL insurance cards to your visit, including both vision and medical!
